Juliet Bernard of The Knitter has fallen in love with Arne and Carlos’ leggy dolls, the stars of their latest book, Knitted Dolls.
I am a huuuge Arne and Carlos fan. I have knitted vast numbers of their balls for family and friends and even managed to pick up an advent calendar with 24 balls patterns when I was in Norway last year. Do I sound slightly addicted?
Well, I won’t tell you how I feel about their eggs, but I would like you to meet their dolls who are featured in Knitted Dolls by Arne & Carlos which features a crowd of leggy dolls each with their own impeccably styled wardrobe of on-trend knitwear.
These dolls have seriously cool wardrobes far better than anything hanging in my cupboards.
The jumpers have stunning patterns, the dresses are too cute and the skirts are achingly trendy.
The collection is giving me serious wardrobe envy - I think I need to do a bit of shopping in the sales!
It’s hardly surprising really that the dolls are so stylish when you know that the Arne & Carlos duo are international fashion superstars, having designed for Comme de Garcons.
Although I am majorly jealous of the dolls and fervently hope that we eventually get human-sized versions, the dolls are great fun to knit.
And because they look so good, I already have friends clamouring for me to make them their very own mini fashionistas.
Knitted Dolls by Arne & Carlos is priced at £14.99
