Rowan Yarns are hosting a fabulous day out in Yorkshire for Wool Week 2012, offering the chance to gain an insight into how many of their yarns and patterns come about.
Taking place at the Rowan Mill in the glorious landscape of West Yorkshire, the day’s events will include an inspirational talk from Rowan Brand Manager Kate Buller, the chance to see real live sheep at the mill, a Summerwine Magic tour of Holmfirth and surrounds and an afternoon Rowan workshop.
The tour is a 10 mile journey round the film locations which were used in the filming of the world record breaking BBC comedy, “The Last Of The Summer Wine”. It incorporates some of the most beautiful scenery found in the foothills of theYorkshire Pennines.
There are only spaces for 25 participants though, so make sure you book your place soon before they all sell out!
