Having some trouble with one of our patterns from The Knitter Issue 14? Read on to see if our errata can help. There are updates for the Suviitak jumper, the Stanley blanket and the Cuthbert hat.
Suviitak
The last instruction before you begin to shape the shoulders is incorrect.
It should read Work 1 row, not Work 2 rows.
Stanley blanket
The following symbols were missing from the key for Chart 3.
Reading right to left.
Twist followed by blank with a diagonal line going downhill: Sl 1 st to cn, hold at back, K1 tbl; K1 from cn.
Blank followed by twist with a diagonal line going uphill: Sl 1 st to cn and hold at front, K1; K1 tbl from cn.
Twist followed by blank with a diagonal going uphill: Sl 1 st to cn, hold at front, K1 tbl; K1 from cn.
Blank followed by twist with a diagonal going downhill: Sl 1 st to cn and hold at back, K1; K1 tbl from cn.
Cuthbert hat
Add the following instruction: Dec 2 sts in last round of Runes border.
Hat Chart 2: Rounds 10 and 11, purl stitch 8 should be Ivory (Yarn C) not Truffle (Yarn D) as printed.
