This is a missing yarn shade in the key for Kaffe Fassett's X-Factor Blanket in The Knitter issue 41.  For Square 23, colour number 9 should be Yarn A.

For the Blyth shawl by Kitman Figueroa there is an error in Chart C, Row 61. The two symbols for K3tog should be changed to K2tog.

In Chart E, the 3 stitches of garter edging on either side of the chart were printed incorrectly and should have blank squares on odd rows and black dots on even rows to maintain the garter pattern.

For the Briony Briony child's jack by Sarah Hatton the positioning of the moss stitch on the charts is incorrect. Please use the following corrections.

Row 4: K1, P1, K2, P5, K1, (K1, P1) 4 times, K1, P5, K1, (K1, P1) 3 [4:5] times.
